The Restaurant
The Marches are a meeting point between northern and southern Italy gastronimies.This region in central Italy is a land of ancient traditions and great hospitality and we want pass on these characteristics.
Restaurant offers daily menus to choose fish carefully selected: shellfish, seafood and fresh fish. Typical dishes are: stuffed mussels, marinated anchovies and tuna, sea snails with spices, olives stuffed with fish, fresh seafood pasta of Campofilone, seafood lasagna, Sanbenedettese’s broth, cuttlefish with peas, angler fish with roast potatoes, mixed frying with squid and shrimp. The cuisine offers: the famous Ascoli style stuffed olives, fried cream, various local meats, fresh or matured ‘Pecorino’ cheese, ‘bucatini’ with bacon and tomato sauce, Massignano’s jackdaws, rabbit ‘ngip e ngiap’, Ancarano’s roasted pig.

We are flexitime and have highchairs for children. On request pay special attention to food allergies andi intolerances.
